Hi everyone,
I am working on a project that involves deploying a large number of IoT devices in the field & I want advice on setting up an efficient remote debugging workflow using Memfault. While I am familiar with Memfaults core features for device monitoring and diagnostics I am curious about any best practices or advice for improving the remote debugging process.
What are some tips for reducing the time it takes to diagnose issues from the fleet?? Also there are any specific metrics or logs you have found particularly useful to monitor in real time? If there are any common challenges I should be aware of when using Memfault for a large scale deployment, I would love to hear about those too.
As well, I found these resources when doing research on this https://community.memfault.com/t/could-someone-give-me-advice-for-implementing-firmware-over-the-air-updates-in-iot-devicestableau tutorial & if anyone have any resources, tutorials or personal experiences please share with me, It would be greatly appreciated!!
Thank you…….
